Organizations Filed Purposes: THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A MONETARY FUND FOR THE PRESERVATION OF A HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT BASEBALL FIELD AND COMPLEX KNOWN AS "TAYLOR FIELD" IN PINE BLUFF, ARKANSAS. "TAYLOR FIELD" IS CURRENTLY OWNED AND PARTIALLY MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF PINE BLUFF. TAYLOR FIELD WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1940 UNDER THE WORKS PROGRESS ADMINISTRATION (WPA) AND WAS USED IN THE 1940S AND 1950S AS THE HOME OF SEVERAL SEMIPROFESSIONAL BASEBALL TEAMS. IT HAS HOSTED THE 1972, 1975, 1994, 1998, AND 2000 BABE RUTH LEAGUE 13-15 YEAR OLD WORLD SERIES, AS WELL AS THE 2003 BABE RUTH LEAGUE 13 YEAR OLD WORLD SERIES. IN 1995, PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON THREW OUT THE FIRST PITCH OF THE NATIONAL AMATEUR ALL-STAR BASEBALL TOURNAMENT (NAABT) WHICH WAS TELEVISED ON ESPN. IN AUGUST OF 2015, TAYLOR FIELD PLAYED HOST TO THE 2015 BABE RUTH 14 YEAR OLD WORLD SERIES. THE GREAT BASEBALL TRADITION OF TAYLOR FIELD HAS BROUGHT IT OTHER SIGNIFICANT ATTENTION.
