Development and operation of long-term, large-scale research and monitoring programs on wintering landbirds, including those wintering in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and northern South America, as well as breeding birds in tropical areas of North and South America and the Pacific Islands. Includes the Monitoreo de Sobrevivencia Invernal (MoSI) Program.
