Prevention, Outreach, and Emergency Services and Programs We provide services to homeless and those at risk of homelessness through the provision of food, shelter and clothing as well as enabling services to help the homeless return to self-sufficiency. Our staff and volunteers work to provide resources including entrance into our shelter program, care coordination, education resources and food boxes. Outreach services are provided through our two mobile Chili Vans to provide meals, referrals and other resources throughout Orange County. Emergency services are deployed through logistics support, communications, temporary shelter, food and other resources to repair and rebuild lives.

Emergency & Transitional Housing Programs Emergency shelter and transitional housing programs are provided at multiple campuses for homeless men, women and children. Our program is faith-focused and designed to restore hearts and lives and help support participants in regaining self-sufficiency. The transitional housing program includes spiritual and personal development, case management, counseling services, medical and dental care, career counseling, education and job training classes, credit repair and employment training and guidance. Residents are able to live in transitional housing at a reduced monthly rent in order to gain financial stability and pay down debt.

Rapid Re-Housing, Affordable Housing, Restorative Communities Rapid rehousing and affordable housing programs house families and individuals who were homeless or living in poverty motels. We provide longer term housing for those individuals to allow them time to stabilize their financial situation and become self-sufficient. Our affordable housing program is designed as the final phase of transition for self-sufficiency. Restorative communities for homeless veterans and victims of human trafficking have been developed to meet the unique needs of these two special populations.
