THROUGH THIS INTITIATIVE, WE WERE INVITED TO PRESENT AT NUMEROUS UNIVERSITY AND HOSPITAL CONFERENCES NATIONWIDE. WE INCREASED OUR ENGAGEMENT WITH UNIVERSITIES BY CONVENING AN ONGOING COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE OF 6 UNIVERSITIES TO EXPLORE HOW THEY CAN BETTER ALIGN OPERATIONS TO IMPROVE THEIR SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, USING OUR ANCHOR INSTITUTION DASHBOARD TO MEASURE COMMUNITY IMPACT. IN 2014, OUR ANCHOR INSTITUTION WORK ALSO EXPANDED TO LOOK AT HOW COMMUNITY FOUNDATIONS CAN MORE EFFECTIVELY DEPLOY RESOURCES FOR COMMUNITY BENEFIT.
