The Ashland Emergency Food Bank provides food, free of charge, to residents of Ashland, Talent and surrounding rural communities. In 2019, we served over 7,950 households. Each family receives enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2-3 days.We provided food to 24,000 to 30,000 individuals in 2019.Inventory of donated food items held for distribution are not reflected in the statement of revenue, form 990, part VIII, statement of expenses, form 990, part IX, or on the balance sheet, form 990, part X. Purchased inventory is shown as an expense on form 990, part IX, when purchased.
