THE BBB PROMOTES A MARKETPLACE WHERE BUYERS AND SELLERS CAN TRUST EACH OTHER THROUGH BUSINESS REPORTING AND ACCREDITATION.

ONE OF BBB'S CORE SERVICES IS ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION, INCLUDING CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION, AS WELL AS A NATIONAL BBB ARBITRATION PROGRAM FOR AUTO DISPUTES. IN 2006, BBB CREATED AND IMPLEMENTED A BOARD-APPROVED MEDIATION PROGRAM. IN THE YEARS SINCE ITS INCEPTION, THE PROGRAM HAS GROWN AS PARTICIPANTS VOLUNTARILY ELECT TO USE BBB'S MEDIATION PROGRAM. SINCE OUR MEDIATION PROGRAM'S INCEPTION WE HAVE RESOLVED HUNDREDS OF DISPUTES THAT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE LEFT FAMILIES AND BUSINESS WITHOUT NEEDED CLOSURE. THE PROGRAM HAS EARNED PRAISE, WINNING A 2008 AND 2016 INTERNATIONAL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM AS WELL AS BEING A KEY INGREDIENT TO A 2013, 2015 & 2017 AWARD FOR AN INTERNATIONAL BBB AWARD FOR OVERALL OPERATIONS.AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS IN 2019:- IN 2019 HONORED AS ONE OF THE BEST NONPROFITS TO WORK FOR BY NONPROFIT TIMES, THIS WAS OUR 7TH RECOGNITION.
