Our mission is to bring health, hope, and healing to the community by providing comprehensive and integrated health services. BGHC provides free chronic medical, limited dental care, physical rehabilitation services, diabetes self-management, cooking classes, chronic pain self-management program, vision and mental health referrals, to clients ages of 18 and above, who are uninsured or under-insured and at or under the 300 % of federal poverty level. The care provided includes: professional medical, dental, rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment, limited prescription services, limited laboratory and diagnostic imagining, as well as nutritional consultation and care management. Battle Ground HealthCare brings health, hope, and healing to the community by providing access to free medical, dental, rehabilitation services along with referrals for vision and behavior health for adults ages 18 and above by treating mind, body, and spirit, one person at a time.

Battle Ground HealthCare provides access to free health care services by enlarge an almost all volunteer base. In 2019 there were 127 active volunteers who donated 13,144.86 hours for a value of $498,599.57. The average cost per patient visit was $85.19 for the year. BGHC has no federal funding support. The organization seeks funding through individual donations, fundraisers, grants, and health system collaborative partnerships in order to provide comprehensive, quality care. Our volunteer base of providers, nurses, as well as other professional and individuals who have the gift of caring and compassion to serve others and give back to the community help to make our services possible.BGHC has advanced the care and treatment of diabetes by offering self-management classes and cooking classes for diabetes in both English and Spanish languages. Our Chronic Pain Program is unique and the only one of its kind in the local area. It has proven positive results that is based on clinical and statistical evidence based treatment model. BGHC does not prescribe or manage any narcotic medications, consequently this program is based on treatment modalities from occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral and nutritional health. There is a waiting list of people who seek access to this program.
