Community Based Day Habilitation - Clients participated with bulk of services provided in 1:1 format and group weekly outings. clients are provided with opportunities to run, bowl, hike, watch birds, snow-shoe, fish, boating, and peer discussions and problem solving. Focus is on community participation, goals and healthy living.
Shared Living (Residential Habilitation) - Clients participated working on individual goals such as improving independent performance, preparing healthy snacks, leisure skills and communicating with family and friends via phone and Internet.
Supported Employment - Provided support during employment. Staff was able to reduce supervised hours to provide natural supervision and training.
