Organizations Filed Purposes: TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY WHERE ALL CHILDRENREGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THRIVE SOCIALLY AND ACADEMICALLY THROUGH MUSIC EDUCATION THAT PROMOTES CREATIVE EXPRESSION, TEAMWORK, DISCIPLINE AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)

OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS, OVER 600 YOUTH HAVE PARTICIPATED IN BAMPS PROGRAMMING. THIS YEAR, BAMP FULFILLED ITS PLANNED EXPANSION VISION BY SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHING A PILOT PROGRAM AT A TITLE 1 MIDDLE SCHOOL. THE PROGRAM FUSES STRING ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCE WITH ELECTRONIC MUSIC PRODUCTION WITH A FOCUS ON STUDENT COMPOSITION AND COLLABORATION. DURING THE PROGRAM YEAR, BAMP HELD 52 CLASSES/WEEK AND 10 PERFORMANCES. ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: - ADDED WEEKLY MINDFULNESS AND YOGA CLASSES FOR ALL K-2 STUDENTS - EXTENDED SERVICES TO PROVIDE IN-SCHOOL KINDERGARTEN MUSIC INSTRUCTION - KEYNOTE PERFORMERS AT EDSURGE EDTECH CONFERENCE - INVITED TO A PRIVATE CONCERT AND CONVERSATION WITH HIP HOP DUO, BLACK VIOLIN - HOSTED A CULTURAL EXCHANGE WITH CHILDREN FROM UGANDAS AMANI CHOIR - CREATED A COMPREHENSIVE REMOTE LEARNING PLATFORM IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
