Felton's mission is to respond to human needs with cutting edge social services and treatment that combine evidence-based practices with cultural sensitivity and a deep respect to our clients. We place special emphasis on the needs of low-income families, children elderly and people living with disabilities. Felton has served 87,428 clients within 47 programs in 13 languages, in 2020.

The Children Youth and Family Division:The Children, Youth and Family division provides comprehensive services to low-income at-risk children, youth, and families, to help give them a sound foundation for lifelong development, family economic success and hope for a successful future. The program delivers a wide variety of social and mental health services to infants, toddlers, children, and their parents, with a focus on low-income and at-risk families. Within the 14 active programs, 49% of the population is ethnically diverse, 65% are living below the poverty line and over 2,700 children and families receive services.
Senior Services Division:The Senior Services Division is comprised of 14 programs with a mission; to provide citywide services and workforce opportunities for older adults to help them remain in community and age with dignity, security, and maintain a high-quality of life. Programs range from vocational services to clinical delivery to ensure the aging population has a voice serving over 4,800 individuals
Early Psychosis Division:An innovative, strengths-based treatment model for community settings with a mission to effectively remit schizophrenia. Within the six programs representing the Division, clients are served within five counties with over 530 clients.
