To provide long-term support and services to help Placer County older adults maintain their independence and thrive
Provided meals to homebound seniors (Meals on Wheels) and in our nine Senior Cafes.
Other programs include (but not limited to): the friendly visitor program where 85 isolated seniors receive a "Friendly Visitor" each month to provide consistent helpful support; the Assisted living placement where Seniors first provides assistance in finding the right option for out of home living; the Vial of Life which is a medical history document that provides crucial personal and medical history in case of an emergency.
Provided rides to individuals who have no other means of transportation to medical appointments and essential errands, such as grocery shopping
