CENTER TEACHES PHYSICALLY AND/OR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS IN THE BAKERSFIELD AREA HOW TO RIDE HORSES FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY AND RECREATIONAL ENJOYMENT.
