Organizations Filed Purposes: CESC is dedicated to promoting sustainable communities and PROVIDES RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES WITH ENERGY AND BUILDING IMPROVEMENT SERVICES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO HEALTH, SAFETY AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION.

CESC is a community based nonprofit corporation (501C3) and licensed contractor providing energy and social service programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Community Energy Services Corporation (CESC) currently offers the following programs (with additional details available at the website www.ebenergy.org):Home Safety RepairCESC provides home improvement services at no charge to low-income residents. Such repairs might include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and installation of safety devices such as grab bars and handrails. In 2011, CESC provided these services in the Cities of Richmond and Berkeley with these cities' support and federal funds from the US Department of Housing.

Healthy HomesCESC provides construction and cleaning services in residences where children areafflicted with asthma. Eliminating or reducing mold, dust, and dust mites, pests and airborne particulates has been demonstrated to reduce the incidence of asthma symp- toms. In 2011, CESC provided these services in partnership with Alameda County and Contra Costa County.SmartLightsSmartlights is specially designed to help small businesses become more energy- efficient. The program offers project management, technical assistance and rebatesto help defray the cost of upgrading and/or repairing existing lighting and

refrigeration. CESC provides these services in partnership with PG&E and is funded by California ratepayers. Additional funding is provided by local cities and the US Department of Energy under a contract with Quest.SmartSolarCESC provides free consulting and analysis to East Bay residents and businesses to enable them to make good decisions about whether and how to invest in solar techno- logies and energy efficiency improvements. CESC provides this service in partnership with the City of Berkeley and the US Department of Energy's Solar America cities initiative, and PG&E. Continued on Schedule O
