GSJ is a 60-member nonprofit volunteer arts organization dedicated to the study & presentation of Balinese performing arts. This includes the study, creation, & performance of traditional & new music, dance, & theater works & frequent educational classes & workshops in K-12 schools & colleges.

This work includes residencies for guest artists from Bali. The group also participates in cross-cultural collaborations and performances with other performing arts groups.
