Early Childhood EducationHabitot's unique theme-based exhibits, designed exclusively for 0-5 year olds, encourage safe, hands-on exploration that stimulates children's imaginations, language abilities and social skills. The museum's multisensory environment engages grownups in play alongside their children which strengthens parent-child bonding and helps children develop. A drop-inArt Studio with different activities daily fosters creativity, abstract/conceptual thinking, fine/gross motor skills and preparation for reading and writing. Theater and multicultural dance and music events like Day of the Dead and Lunar New Year broaden children's understanding of cultural diversity. Focused classes and camps help young children learn math, science and literacy concepts and social skills that readies them for kindergarten and lifelong learning.
