The Pollination Project seeks to unleash the goodness in every person. Through a daily practice of generosity and giving, we make small grants- 365 days a year- to social change agents who seek to spread compassion in their communities and in the world for the benefit of all.
The Pollination Project makes small grants to community activists all over the world, helping them launch and sustain locally-led grassroots social change projects.
GRANTMAKING: The Pollination Project makes micro grants to grassroots social change efforts worldwide. To date, we have given funding to activists and community leaders in 113 countries. Most grants are $1000 or less, and once a year we make larger grants of up to $5000 each to projects that are poised for additional growth.
ANIMAL RIGHTS: Our emphasis on Animal Advocacy grant-making has resulted in approximately 75 additional grants to animal activists worldwide. We have built animal advocacy grant making programs in India, Brazil, Mexico and China, and funded grassroots efforts on behalf of animals in Europe, Africa, North and South America, Australia and Asia.
GRANTEE SERVICES: Our Grantee Capacity Building Program provides a wide range of "non financial," value added resources to our grantees, helping them grow in their leadership. We offer trainings, peer networking, coaching, professional services, and promotion to all grantees across our network.
