Organizations Filed Purposes: The Womens Daytime Drop-In Center (WDDC) addresses the needs of homeless women and children to ensure they have a safe, daytime refuge where they receive support, nourishing meals, support groups, and access to community resources to overcome homelessness and regain self-sufficiency. A small transitional house provides a housing for five single mothers and their children where they can receive case management to help them find permanent housing.

The Womens Daytime Drop-In Center (WDDC) addresses the needs of homeless women and children to ensure they have a safe, daytime refuge.

WDDC provided groceries and hot meals for 10,000 meals and 15,000 diapers and thousands of hygiene products to 1,500 clients to keep safe during the pandemic.Client services include housing support and assistance, medical referrals and support for clients to better understand and protect themselves from the virus.Case Managers provided wrap-around services for 30 Shelter Plus Care clients, assisting them to maintain their housing. Bridget Transition House provided housing and support services for 6 mothers and 14 children.In spite of the pandemic WDDC maintained full services answering calls and meeting with clients outside and as often as possible to provide support during the pandemic.
