Hearts and Lives addresses the needs of residents in the Rim Mountain Communities through case management, direct services and referrals, collaborating with governmental and non-profit community resource providers.
To provide all children, prenatal to six years old, with a comprehensive, integrated system of early childhood development services through case management. Hearts & Lives served 4,253 clients.
The Early Identification & Intervention Services program provides early intervention for ages 0-6 that exhibit behavioral and emotional issues due to trauma, crisis, loss, and development delays. Screening and treatment is offered through services to treat and prevent future behavioral issues & to improve the quality of life for these children. We screened 343 applicants and provided treatment for 174 of those applicants.
