To empower women survivors of violence, addiction, homelessness, & incarceration to Heal from Trauma, Transform their lives, and Achieve their dreams.
Serenity House, which provides services for women who have experienced gender-based violence, addiction, incarceration, and addiction, including emergency and transitional housing, individual and group counseling, healing groups, advocacy, intensive case management, workforce development, and connections to long-term housing and employment. We also offer our clients the opportunity to volunteer (and possibly intern) with our organization, or engage in other community work once they have completed 6-9 months in our program. We feel this is important in their ongoing healing, and gives them the opportunity to serve as peers and credible messengers for other women.
