Organizations Filed Purposes:
Mission consists primarily of bringing music and the arts, through performance and educational programs, to underfunded and underrepresented children so they will have a chance to study vocal and instrumental music.
The Organization gives free concerts and music seminars at various schools throughout San Diego County. The concerts and seminars contain various types of educational performances ranging from classical, rock/pop and jazz idioms. The Organization offers after school educational programs through local school districts to children in grades K-12 who express a serious interest via the concert and seminar series thereby bringing the musical arts to children who would not otherwise experience the art of music.
Instruction in music forms such as vocal and instrumental are made available on a tuition for services basis, allowing reduced tuition and as much as full sponsorship to the poor, distressed or underprivileged. Joint work with other community organizations allows for donations for lessons and scholarships from these other community organizations and the public.
