Earn a Bike Program- Primary Exempt Purpose: We give bikes away to 4th grade students who earn points in the areas of academics, behavior, and health and fitness. Clients served: 646 4th Graders (Aug 2019-June 2020), across 7 school partnerships. 416 Bikes were earned. Activity's objective: Short term: Improve kids success in the areas of academics, character, and service , and health and fitness while allowing them to earn a bike. Long term: Develop kids in the areas of academics, character, and service, for success in life while introducing them to a healthy lifestyle.
No Program 2 due to COVID and other related issues this year. Although students did not participate this year, our expenses remained due to paying for our tracking services.
Bike Repair Program - Primary Tax Exempt Purpose: Repair Bikes at no cost to individuals in need thus creating opportunity for these individuals, both adults and children, to stay active on their bikes. In 2019-20 Off The Front repaired 210 bikes over the course of 6 bike repair events. We were unable to host events in the Spring of 2020 due to COVID.
