Child & Adult Food Care Program: CEI contrancts with the State of California (under the U.S.D.A. Food and Nutrition Program) to provide after-school light suppersand snacks to at-risk youth in an educational after-school program. CEI purchases thefood and delivers to approved sites and is reimbursed by the State of California for the meals during the academic school year.
