Improved the health and vitality of more than 200 organizations (schools, businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies) by adding Emotional Intelligence to their programs. Delivered organizational change consulting, professional development training, coaching and mentoring--teaching people to be better with people. Blending assessments and powerful development tools, these processes provided measurable, tangible benefit to individuals, teams and organizations. For schools, the impact on students and families was also measured, and educators were taught how to teach EQ skills in the classroom and the community.
