GRC Society is a Public Foundation formed by Mr. Tsau Young Lin. The purpose of the GrC Society is to promote and to encourage the scientific study on theory and applications granular computing and related research in areas such as uncertainty mathematics, data and knowledge engineering, knowledge discovery, machine learning and soft computing in universities and other educational institutions. GrC Society will attain these purposes through conferences.symposium and scholarly publications.During this year's conference, 174 regular members, 131 students members, and 197 non members attended the conference.(Total of two conferences-502 attendants) In addition to conference, many tutorial workshops were provided. The conference proceedings were printed and distributed to attendants and were well received by the attendants.
