Family homeless shelter providing home-like atmosphere for up to 34 guests in need of food and shelter. Our goal is to communicate with and assist families as they work toward reintegrating back into the community.
Open Gate Ministries of Dinuba, CA is a private nonprofit corporation, serving the needy of Northern Tulare and Southern Fresno Counties since 1974. Our family homeless shelter provides a warm, home-like atmosphere for up to 34 guests in need of food and shelter. Family units and handicap facilities are available. Our staff members serve around the clock to listen to and assist families as they work toward reintegrating back into the community.We serve our communities with regularly scheduled food distribution. We receive weekly deliveries of food from Wal-Mart through theFeeding Americaprogram, and monthly deliveries from Foodlink and Central California Food Bank. Sales through our thrift store in excess of expenses provide additional funding for our ministry each year.
