Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Chamber of Commerce organizes the efforts of local businesses. It provides opportunities for members to get together each month to network, socialize and learn about issues that are affecting their businesses and community. It also promotes community events. In addition, the Chamber runs the California Welcome Center in El Dorado Hills
During 2018, the Chamber operated the California Welcome Center in El Dorado Hills, CA. The California Welcome Center provides a central location for the community of El Dorado Hills to gather local information and plan upcoming trips throughout California.
The Chamber's primary activity is to provide benefits and services to its membership to build their businesses and network with fellow members. Chamber meetings and events provide public relations and marketing opportunities to businesses to increase their visibility in the community and to ensure local business has an advocate.
During 2018, the Chamber co-sponsored the 15th Annual El Dorado Hills Art & Wine Affaire. Over 75 artists, 30 wineries and breweries and various entertainers were on-site for a weekend to raise money for local arts education, outreach and youth programs.
