Organizations Filed Purposes: The mission of AGNUS DEI FOUNDATION (ADF) is to impact the culture of life by being a champion for adoption as an alternative to abortion or single parenting for women in crisis. We provide a loving, safe and secure living environment which models Christian values to our birth mothers through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Agnus Dei Foundation operates THE LAMB OF GOD MATERNITY HOME and is dedicated to offering real options for pregnant women in crisis by providing 24/7 care through housing, education and support.

The Lamb of God Maternity Home (ADF) provided housing, transportation, clothing and food for our residents. In addition, women received adoption, financial, spiritual and emotional support while residing at the home. Lamb of God helped the residents attend mandatory courtroom appearances, child visitations, addiction support groups, and medical and psychiatric appointments. In addition to the women who live at the maternity home, we served as a resource to the larger community by answering hundreds of calls on our crisis line throughout the year. We directed callers to other services and agencies that could provide for their individual needs and situations. By residing with other women who are choosing open adoption as their parenting choice, attending adoption classes/support groups as well as professional therapeutic sessions, our residents are educated to make the most informed decision for themselves and their babies. After an adoption, the residents returned to the home as they worked toward a self-sufficient, stable future for themselves securing housing, jobs and education. By helping both mother and child, the financial burden on society at large is lessened. With open adoptions, the birth mothers choose the adoptive parents and have access to their child. Our ministry participated in the San Diego Walk for Life and met with other community groups such as the Community Alliance for Escondido, Heartbeat International and the Association for Life regularly. We had an active speaking program on adoption education that was both local and national. We hosted two successful fundraisers that brought further awareness to the community of our work. This resulted in allowing us to house many more residents. We refined our marketing and social media presence this year bringing more visibility to our ministry.
