SERVE THE RURAL COMMUNITY BY ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND OPPORTUNITY FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY
Youth Services - RISE Incorporated provides a wide range of youth programs for the community. We operate a full day preschool/child development center, after school programs at the elementary and middle schools, youth employment programs, and mental wellness services to youth ages 0-18. Our focus is on providing youth development practices that encourages strengths and positive growth. In 2018 we served 60+ youth in our work experience program, 200+ youth in our after school programs, and provided 840 direct counseling sessions for the year. Youth services accounts for 60% of our annual organization budget.
Adult Services - RISE Incorporated also provides a wide range of direct services to the adult population. We provide parent education courses, food and clothing services, and a senior citizen recreation program that operates twice per week. Our team provided services to over 100 adults and provided more than 1,500 direct service units for the year. Adult Services accounts for 15% of our annual organizational budget.
Resource and Referral Services - RISE Incorporated is the one stop shop for resource and referral services in the rural communities of western Yolo County. Our team provides services such as: form assistance, enrollment assistance, copies, fax, tax preparation, food and clothing, and also connects individuals/families to services and resources available throughout Yolo County. In 2018 RISE Resource and Referral provided to over 1,200 unduplicated individuals and provided over 6,500 direct service units. Resource and Referral services accounts for 25% of our annual organizational budget.
