The Fallbrook Senior Center provides a place for seniors to gather with activities and services including congregate meals served Monday - Friday at the Fallbrook Community Center, home delivered meals, health education and exercise classes, legal and financial services, educational and cultural programs, and recreational and social activities. Due to the public health orders during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Fallbrook Senior Center adjusted services temporarily to meet the urgent needs of the seniors by continuing the Nutrition Program. A new Meals-to-go program was established for seniors who are able to pick-up a nutritious warm meal curbside. Freshly prepared meals continued without interruption daily to the home-bound seniors. The Fallbrook Senior Center activities were also temporarily suspended in March 2020 until public health orders are lifted. In 2019-2020, the Fallbrook Senior Center served 8,616 congregate meals, 14,103 home delivered meals, and provided 1,013 transportation rides. The Fallbrook Senior Center sends monthly newsletters to 384 members.
