We operated a Program which provided services designed to help all individuals overcome the devastating emotional and physical effects of breast cancer treatment. The Program provides a private, understanding environment for breast cancer survivors to be properly fitted for bras, prostheses, lymphedema garments and wigs. We operate in three locations: Fremont, Pleasanton, and San Leandro California.In addition to the program service revenue and expenses reported in Part III 4a, the fair value of donated use of facilities was $81,000 and donated services was $40,800 for the year ended June 30, 2020.
