THE PROJECT IS TO ENGAGE AND MOBILIZE UNDERSERVED, RURAL WEST FRESNO COUNTY COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO ASSESS RISK AND PROTECTIVE FACTORS AND THEN MAKE AND EXECUTE A SHARED PRIMARY PREVENTION PLAN WITH COORDINATED SUPPORT FROM PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, ESPECIALLY IN THE HEALTH, EDUCATION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT FIELDS.
