Organizations Filed Purposes:
The specific purpose for which the corporation is initially organized is to provide quality marriage and family therapy counseling services that are culturally and linguistically sensitive in diverse communities. These services will be provided to assist low to moderate income families appropriately address mental and emotional health concerns.
One of the major accomplishments this year was our ability to conduct an average of 705 monthly sessions with a team of 11 clinicians. The revenues were generated from CalOptima Insurance. We served approximately 341 individuals during our first year as a non-profit. Additionally, we collaborated with local community agencies to begin providing services at the start of 2020. A total of three collaborations were discussed to be contracted for the following year:- Local Family Shelter- Family Resource Center- Local High School District (8 schools)Outcomes of our collaborations are anticipated to increase revenue from partnering agencies and reduce the number of patients that are seen through CalOptima insurance so that we are able to diversify revenue sources.
