Acacia Adult Day Services is dedicated to improving the quality of life for frail older adults, persons with dementia or other disabilities and their families by providing expert, supportive care in an inviting and interactive setting.
Adult Day Program: This program serves older adults and persons with disabilities who can benefit from participating in supervised group settings. The curriculum includes: individualized plan of care, socialization, group exercise, nutritious meals and snacks, balance and mobility classes, social work services, fun with friends, respite and support groups for caregivers, and transportation.
Adult Day Health Care: This program services older adults and persons with disabilities who need a higher level of care but can still benefit from receiving services in a group setting. In addition to the services provided in our Adult Day Care Program, Adult Day Health Care also offers: individualized plan of care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, nursing and personal care, monitoring of vital signs and medications, diatary counseling and supervision, and psychological counseling.
