Students inspect their homes to identify fire risks, and check for working smoke alarms(FREE smoke alarms provided upon request).(B) FireSmart: LA Program: Canvasses at-risk communities, inspecting homes and installing free smoke alarms (following NFPA And USFA policies). (C) Older Adult Fire Safety: Teaches older adults about fire safety, including avoiding risks (cooking, heating, smoking) as well as sheltering in place, evaucating when able and proper communication with fire departments. (D) Hands-Only CPR Program: Teaches high school students CPR and use of an AED, per CA AB1719.
