To promote the health and stability of our community and its residents by engaging in activities that benefit our children our families and our economy.
Other Programs that support and strengthen family and community. Youth and Family programs include playgroups, parenting classes and family literacy events. Community programs include monthly emergency food distributions, application assistance for CalFresh, general assistance and emergency support services.
Mental Health Services Program that provides prevention and early intervention services including youth groups at local schools, community workshops and parenting classes, and stigma reduction activities. Activities include community outreach and awareness through Facebook, newsletters, family-friendly events and more. 182 individuals were served in 2019.
Holiday Giving Program serves low income families during the holiday season providing gifts and warm clothing for children, food baskets for families and a Christmas dinner for the community. 320 individuals were served in 2017.
