To provide service and advocacy, which creates choices and opportunities, for adults with disabilities to reach their maximum potential.
The Work Training Centers in our Perris and Hemet facilities service 333 clients combined. Thirteen of those clients moved into our Supported Employment program this year. 75% of clients achieved one or more of their goals.
The Residential Facility has the capacity to serve 14 adults. We had an average of 84% occupancy. Hours in community activities totaled 3528.
The Supported Employment program served 164 clients in enclaves and individual placement. There were 44 new clients job placements. The average job retention rate is 396 weeks. The average pay for individual placements in Western Riverside County was $14.92.
