Organizations Filed Purposes: OUR MISSIONTo increase the safety and emotional stability of homeless individuals and families through temporary and permanent housing. We promote life sustainability through social services, job readiness, education and advocacy.

The Home At Last CDC professional team have been committed to rehousing and empowering the homeless population by providing the following services: 1.) Rapid Rehousing. Through this program, youth receive case management and linkages to the supportive services they need to help them remain stably housed. 2.) Emergency Shelter. Through this year-round program, 200 beds of emergency shelter are provided for homeless adults in throughout the area located south of Los Angeles knows as "Service Planning Area 6" (SPA6). It provides residents with shelter in a safe, clean and well-maintained facility; three nutritious meails per day; access to restrooms and showers; access to laundry facilities; clothing and hygiene supplies and various supportive services, including, but not limited to, mental health care, substance abuse, counseling, among many others.3.) Case Management. Through this program, the organization utilizes evidence-informed and evidence-base case managemement strategies to serve at-rish youths through clinical counseling, emergency housing programs service adult populations, and emergency housing programs designed to serve Transition-Aged Youth (TAY). Additionally, the organization has incorporated evidence-based practice of Ecologically-Based Family Theraphy that serve both the youth and their families.
