The Corporation was organized to engage in charitable activities with regard to low income families with housing, welfare and social services.
The Organization's wholly owned subsidiaries, San Antonio Low-Income Housing, LLC, and South Union Housing Development, LLC, own low income housing projects in San Antonio and Houston, Texas, respectively. The Organization also holds general partner interests in other low income housing projects,and is currently sponsoring the development of two low income housing projects. These activities provide low-income individuals and families continued access to affordable, safe housing at below market rental rates. This is totally within the scope of the Organization's mission and program objectives.
