La Jolla Music SocietyLa Jolla Music Society (LJMS) is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. LJMS is the largest multi-disciplinary presenter in San Diego, and annually produces a nationally recognized summer festival. LJMS mission is: To enhance the vitality and deepen the cultural life of San Diego by presenting and producing a dynamic range of performing arts for our increasingly diverse community. LJMS support comes from individual and corporate donors, and various government and arts agency grants and event ticket sales to the general public.7600 Fay Avenue LLC7600 Fay Avenue LLC (the Company) was formed on May 21, 2014. LJMS is the sole Member of the Company. The Company acquired real property located at 7600 Fay Avenue for the purpose of constructing a performing arts center. The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center (The Conrad) opened in April 2019. The Conrad is the new heart of cultural, arts education, and community event activity in La Jolla. The Conrad is the permanent home of LJMS and hosts world-class performances presented by LJMS as well as other San Diego arts presenters. Additionally, The Conrad will see a wide range of conferences, corporate meetings, and private events.
