Organizations Filed Purposes:
To unite young women who are members of their local Bethel. Bethel membership enables young women to learn leadership skills, organizational methods and the importance of fulfilling individual responsibilities within a group, while developing spiritually and obtaining respect and loyalty to their country, parents, guardians and other members.
to band together young women with a Masonic relationship for character building through moral and spiritual development by teaching a reverence for God loyalty to Country, and respect for parents and guardians.
Leadership Camps are for young women who are members of their local Bethels, these weekends promote leadership through planning activities and participating in community service. Training Camps are for the adults who assist the members in obtaining their leadership and character building potential.
Grand Council Session Annual convention for adult leadership of Jobs Daughters in California during which new statewide adult leaders are elected and appointed to promote teamwork while working with local Bethels. Amendments to statewide rules are discussed and voted on to affect local Bethels in California.
