This project included the restoration and reuse of over a dozen structures in the National Historic District while developing new buildings and landscape that create a holistic neighborhood for Veterans.
LINC HOUSING HEADQUARTERSBanking a future development site, LINC Housing acquired a collection one-story, former medical office buildings to be temporarily used for their corporate offices. City Fabrick collaborated with LINC and Walton Construction to assess the repurpose the buildings with minimum interventions where possible - utilizing existing building and material elements, removing construction more than adding, while focusing more significant changes where necessary. This was done to limit costs for a relatively short occupancy, while meeting and aggressive construction schedule.
