Organizations Filed Purposes:
To foster close relations between the Mountain View Library and its citizens; to promote knowledge of the functions, resources, services, and needs of the Library; to aid in the development of programs to extend Library services; and to provide additional funding for the Library.

FOSTER CLOSE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE LIBRARY AND CITIZENS OF MOUNTAIN VIEW AND ENVIRONS: a) Funded Brainfuse online homework assistance used 2,017 times during the year; b) contributed to the program "Silicon Valley Reads"; c) sponsored a library staff member to the "Leadership Mountain View" program, d) provided funding for the Bookmobile which had 330 stops and 9,473 visits during the year, e) provided funding for other community outreach programs.
