To encourage Christian giving for special ministry programs, such as missions projects, scholarships for higher Christian education in preparation for Christian ministry or teaching, maintenance projects and housing programs for ministers and others in full time ministry at Bel Air Presbyterian Church or another religious organization.

As a supporting organization to the Church, 60% of the residential house owned by us is used by the Church as a manse in its housing program. Pursuant to a Use Agreement between the Church and us, the Church or the senior pastor who occupies the house is responsible for payment of all property taxes and insurance on the property.
As a supporting organization of Bel Air Presbyterian Church, interest was earned on loans made to certain full-time employees of the Church, primarily the senior pastor and his spouse.
