EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP AND MENTAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION TRAININGS: SUPPORTS COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND MOVEMENT SPACES WITH ASSESSING THEIR STRUCTURES AND ALIGNING THEM WITH HEALING CENTERED AND TRAUMA INFORMED CARE PRINCIPLES.
