Organizations Filed Purposes: To promote and maintain an organization for the mutual benefit, advantage and welfare of its homeowners by exchanging and disseminating information to its homeowners that might affect them, by taking legal action for the benefit of the community, by fostering a spirit of goodwill among its neighbors, and by aiding and assisting the community as a whole.

To act as a voluntary membership homeowners association; to promote and maintain an organization for the mutual benefit, advantage, and welfare of, and to represent the interests of, all homeowners within its boundaries.

The association completed the process of improving the appearance of an unsightly median strip at the southern edge of the association's border. The project was for the beautification of the strip using native drought resistant plants and benefited the entire community. A local business located by the median strip provided $5000 to the association as a contribution to the improvements.

To foster and encourage goodwill among homeowners and inform them of matters that are of concern, the association held an annual meeting. The City council person that represents the neighborhood gave a speech updating members on his goals. A complimentary dinner was provided to all paid members in attendance.

The Association publishes an annual newsletter which is distributed to all residents of the neighborhood. The newsletter provides updated information affecting the community, a summary of the association's accomplishments, and other information of interest to the residents.
