Organizations Filed Purposes: The Dance Resource Center of Great Los Angeles is a service organization for dance. The corporation's primary objectives are to provide the dance community access to information, resources and services and promote the visibility and viability of Great Los Angeles dance on local, state, and national levels.

Current Programming. DRC's programming encompasses three themes: Community website calendar convenings weekly, Dance News, Day of Dancer Health, Lester Horton Awards, Administrative Services, consultations, individualized e-blasts and social media postings, fiscal sponsorship, staffing, technical assistance, and Home Grown programming that supports artistic development and production skill-building for LA County dance artists by offering opportunities to participate in performances, residencies and showcases. Members receive: discounts on performances and events throughout LA County one on one meetings with DRC staff the ability to post on the website calendar and in Dance News discounts and priority access to DRC's programming and convenings, as well as access to the fiscal sponsorship program. DRC advocates for LA dance on local, regional and national levels forms connections with cross-sector stakeholders that benefit LA dance makers provides resources and information in all areas of interest to our constituencies and conducts pertinent research into aspects of the LA-area professional dance field.
