TO RESCUE ANIMALS (USUALLY CATS AND DOGS) LEFT HOMELESS FOR WHATEVER REASON- ANIMALS IN PUBLIC SHELTERS WHERE THEY AR AT HIGH RISK FOR EUTHANASIA, ANIMALS GIVEN UP BY THEIR OWNERS DUE TO DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THOSE IN DANGER OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT.
In 2019, with the donation and grants raised by the foundation, we were able to aid in the rescue of nearly 300 animals. Each animal in our care received a medical exam, medical treatment if necessary, vaccinations if necessary, spay or neuter, microchip and rehabilitation. We were able to put dogs with behavioral issues through a training program with certified trainers and provide life saving surgeries. Once suitable for a forever home, the dogs (and 1 cat were placed in forever homes after an approve application , home check an meet and greet.
