Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities and their families by providing quality programs in a compassionate & caring environment.
El ARCA provides rehabilatative and comprehensive health care through a system of restorative & support services for the developmentally disabled.
Services are provided to over 200 families and their loved ones with developmental disabilities. Programs include support for the developmentally disabled, day programs, adult day health care which also serves over 25,000 meals per year, transportation and other authorized services.
