The Enamel Arts Foundation's mission is to increase public awareness and appreciation of modern and contemporary enamel arts through its collections, exhibitions, and educational programs which include publications, lectures, and its website.
In 2020, the Enamel Arts Foundation acquired 633 artworks for its collection through a combination of generous gifts and strategic purchases. These acquisitions helped fill gaps in the Foundation's collection and supported new work by pioneering artists in the enamels field. Line includes other related expenses such as preparation, packing, and shipping.
Collection maintenance includes fine arts insurance, storage and conservation expense
Public information and planning includes website update, maintenance and management; postage, fees and other expenses. In this year we also began to formulate and move forward on a plan to donate the majority of the Foundation's art collection to four museums in disparate regions of the country.
