Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide the homeless and at risk youth population with quality footwear to encourage healthier lifestyles, while fostering a sense of community along the a way.
Hav A Sole for Kids: This ever growing program focuses on children and youth sports programs in underserved communities. In 2019, we gave 2,804 pairs of shoes to the youth valued at $184,855.
Hav A Sole Local Events: We partner with local shelters, charities and organizations all over the Los Angeles area to bring shoes that have been donated from Nike stores and private donors alike. In 2019, we gave out 2,495 pairs of new sneakers to adults experiencing homelessness, which were valued at $149,070.
#HavASolfulTrip: In collaboration with various NBA teams, we organize several nationwide road trips a year, raising awareness of the homelessness crisis, while providing sneakers to those in need. In 2019, team Hav A Sole drove from Los Angeles,CA to Charlotte,NC giving out 537 pairs of sneakers.
